  • 4.5 Once the Territory has been established, it will not be changed during the term of this Agreement regardless of any increase or decrease of the single family dwelling units in the Territory.

However, Franchisor may modify the Territory at the time Franchisee executes a Successor Franchise Agreement to conform the size of the Territory to Franchisor's then-current standards for protected territories that are being granted to new franchisees, or if Franchisor uses different standards or calculations in determining the size of protected territories
