- (f) the transferee shall be a corporation, limited liability company, partnership or other business entity having adequate financial resources who shall meet all criteria established by Franchisor for franchisees.
The transferee shall also complete Franchisor's then current training program established by Franchisor for franchisees unless: (i) the transferee is a current franchisee in good standing in the System; or (ii) the transferee is or has been a Designated Business Manager for a period of 1 year or more of a Business in good standing
