Upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, Canopy Lawn Care has the right to take over the franchisee's telephone numbers, directory listings, and internet addresses (URLs) associated with the brand. The franchisee will have no further rights to these assets after termination and will remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed to the telephone company or internet service provider up to the date of assignment. This ensures that Canopy Lawn Care maintains control over its brand identity and customer communications even after a franchise relationship ends.
