I am unable to provide a definition of 'Royalty Fees' for a Canopy Lawn Care franchise using the provided excerpts from the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document. While the excerpts mention 'Royalty Fees' in the context of payment obligations, abatement periods, and early termination fees, they do not explicitly define what constitutes Royalty Fees or how they are calculated.
