Can Canine Dimensions withhold consent if I want to relocate my Canine Dimensions Franchised Business?
Canine_Dimensions Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You may not relocate your Franchised Business without our consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Your new location must be within your Protected Territory, except that if you choose to move your home to a location outside of your Protected Territory, we may require you to obtain rented space within the Protected Territory from which to operate the Franchised Business. If you do relocate your Franchised Business, your territorial boundaries will not change.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain approval from Canine Dimensions before relocating their franchised business. However, Canine Dimensions states that it will not unreasonably withhold consent for relocation.
There are some stipulations regarding relocation. The new location must be within the franchisee's Protected Territory. An exception exists if the franchisee moves their home outside of their Protected Territory, in which case Canine Dimensions may require the franchisee to rent space within the Protected Territory to operate the franchised business.
It is important to note that even if a franchisee relocates their Canine Dimensions business, the territorial boundaries will remain the same. This means that relocation does not grant the franchisee any expanded or altered territorial rights.
