What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, on-site operational assistance may be provided under specific conditions after the franchise opens. During the operation of the franchised business, Canine Dimensions may provide on-site assistance for a minimum of two days within 24 months of opening if, in their judgment, additional support is needed.
However, this assistance is not free. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this on-site support. Specifically, the franchisee must pay Canine Dimensions' then-current training fee, which is currently $350 per day, along with the costs of transportation, lodging, and meals for the trainer.
This means that while Canine Dimensions offers the potential for hands-on help at the franchisee's location, it is ultimately the franchisee's responsibility to cover the expenses. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors provide support but often pass on the direct costs to the franchisee. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor these potential costs into their financial planning.
