Under what conditions will Canine Dimensions provide additional on-site training?

We reserve the right to vary our training program based on the prior experience of the trainee(s). After completion of the training session, training and assistance will limited to telephone assistance, email assistance and/or on-site assistance as we determine in our reasonable business judgment. If you request additional training on-site, or if we determine that you would benefit from additional on-site training, you must pay our then-current per diem rate per trainer, and reimburse our trainer's costs for providing the onsite training, including travel, lodging and meals. Currently, our per-diem daily trainer rate is $350 per trainer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional on-site training may be provided under two circumstances. First, if a franchisee requests additional on-site training. Second, if Canine Dimensions determines that a franchisee would benefit from additional on-site training.
In either of these situations, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with the training. This includes paying Canine Dimensions' then-current per diem rate per trainer, which is currently $350 per trainer per day. Additionally, the franchisee must reimburse Canine Dimensions' trainer's costs for providing the on-site training, including expenses for travel, lodging, and meals.
