Under what condition can Canine Dimensions revoke approval of a supplier?
Canine_Dimensions Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We reserve the right to re-inspect the facilities and to retest the product of any approved supplier and to revoke any approval if the supplier fails to continue to meet our high standards. Our approval will be revoked if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that an approved supplier has not continued to meet our standards. In that case, we will inform you in writing of our decision to revoke our approval, and you will be required to cease contracting with that supplier immediately after your receipt of our notice of revocation.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Canine Dimensions reserves the right to re-inspect facilities and retest products from approved suppliers. If a supplier fails to continue meeting Canine Dimensions's standards, the approval can be revoked.
Canine Dimensions will revoke approval if they determine, using their reasonable discretion, that an approved supplier has not continued to meet their standards. If Canine Dimensions decides to revoke approval, they will inform the franchisee in writing. The franchisee must then immediately stop contracting with the supplier after receiving the notice of revocation.
Prospective franchisees should understand that supplier approval is not permanent and is contingent on the supplier's continued adherence to Canine Dimensions's standards. While the franchisee may propose a supplier, Canine Dimensions retains control over the approval and revocation process to maintain quality and uniformity within the Canine Dimensions system. Franchisees are required to cease using a supplier immediately upon notification of revocation.
