What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the excerpts provided do not contain information regarding the specific circumstances under which Canine Dimensions can revoke approval of a previously approved supplier. The excerpts focus on contracts, termination procedures, franchisee obligations, and general legal terms.

However, the FDD excerpts do discuss supplier relationships in the context of confidential information. Specifically, the list of confidential information includes "suppliers and vendors of Franchisor." This suggests that the approved supplier list itself is considered confidential and proprietary information of Canine Dimensions.

To fully understand the conditions under which Canine Dimensions can revoke supplier approval, a prospective franchisee should consult Item 8, which typically covers supplier restrictions, or directly ask the franchisor for clarification on the supplier approval process and the grounds for revoking approval. This information is crucial for assessing the flexibility and potential risks associated with sourcing products and services for the franchise.
