What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the excerpts provided do not detail specific standards that unapproved suppliers must meet to be considered by Canine Dimensions. However, the document does state that franchisees must secure insurance from a company satisfactory to Canine Dimensions, in accordance with standards and specifications set forth in the manual or in writing.

While the FDD excerpts do not explicitly outline the process for approving new suppliers, it does emphasize Canine Dimensions's control over the standards and specifications for insurance providers. This suggests that Canine Dimensions maintains the right to approve or disapprove suppliers based on its own criteria.

A prospective Canine Dimensions franchisee should inquire about the process and criteria for supplier approval, as well as any available lists of approved suppliers. Understanding these requirements is essential for maintaining compliance and ensuring the quality of products and services offered through the franchise.
