Answer from 2025 FDD Document

There currently are no fixed (e.g,, monthly or bi-monthly) training schedules. It is the nature of the business that all aspects of the training are integrated so there are no definitive starting and stopping times. As of the end of our last fiscal year, our training schedule was as follows:

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no fixed monthly or bi-monthly training schedules. The training program generally consists of approximately two to four weeks of training at Canine Dimensions' training facilities in Florida, or at another designated location. The FDD specifies that the integrated nature of the business means there are no definitive starting and stopping times for training aspects.

Canine Dimensions requires franchisees to attend and complete the training program to the franchisor's satisfaction. If the franchisee is a corporation, a principal officer must complete the training, and up to two people may attend. The franchisee is responsible for all expenses, including transportation, lodging, food, and wages, for themselves and any additional trainees.

After the initial training, ongoing support is limited to telephone, email, or on-site assistance, as determined by Canine Dimensions. Additional on-site training is available at the franchisee's request or if Canine Dimensions deems it beneficial, but the franchisee must cover a per diem rate of $350 per trainer, plus travel, lodging, and meals. Ongoing training memos and manual updates are provided periodically via email and maintained in an online database accessible to franchisees.
