However, Canine Dimensions will not ask franchisees to complete this form if they live or plan to operate their franchise in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. This suggests that Canine Dimensions may have specific legal or regulatory considerations in those states that require a different approach to franchisee disclosure and acknowledgment.
