What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for their own travel and living expenses when attending mandatory webinars and the annual conference. Specifically, Canine Dimensions will hold webinars and/or one annual conference at a location of their choosing to discuss various topics, such as sales techniques, new product developments, and advertising programs. Franchisees must pay a reasonable annual conference fee, which is currently $595 for up to two representatives.
This means that in addition to the $595 conference fee, a Canine Dimensions franchisee must also budget for transportation, accommodation, and meals when attending the annual conference. Attendance at these webinars and conferences is mandatory, so these costs are a required part of operating the franchise.
This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisees typically bear the costs of attending training and conferences. Prospective Canine Dimensions franchisees should factor in these ongoing expenses when evaluating the financial viability of the franchise.
