What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for all decisions related to employees, agents, and independent contractors hired to assist in the operation of the franchised business. This includes all terms and conditions of employment.

Specifically, the franchisee is responsible for recruiting, hiring, firing, training, compensation, work hours and schedules, work assignments, safety and security, discipline, and supervision of their employees and associates. Canine Dimensions does not have any responsibility for these employment-related decisions or terms.

This means that a prospective Canine Dimensions franchisee has complete control over staffing decisions but also bears the full responsibility and liability for those decisions. The franchisee must ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. This is a standard arrangement in franchising, where franchisees are typically considered independent business owners.
