You are required to purchase branded materials, such as marketing materials, workbooks, car wraps, brochures, business cards, and uniforms, from us or our affiliates. We or our affiliates are the only approved suppliers of logo-bearing materials.
Inventory
Generally, you must purchase all of your inventory items from suppliers approved by us, which may include us or our affiliate(s). We or our affiliate(s) may be the only approved suppliers of inventory items for your Franchised Business. We or our affiliate(s) are the only approved suppliers of client workbooks and the initial inventory package that you must purchase from us. We reserve the right to be the
only approved suppliers of other inventory items, but presently, we are not the only approved supplier of inventory items.
We estimate that the purchase of goods, services, supplies, fixtures, equipment, inventory, computer hardware and software, real estate, or comparable items related to establishing or operating your Franchised Business, from us or our designated or approved suppliers and distributors, or those meeting our standards and specifications, will be between 10% and 50% of your total cost to establish our Franchised Business and between 10% and 40% of your total cost of operating our Franchised Business (not including amortization, depreciation, or replacement of worn or obsolete improvements, equipment, furniture, or fixtures).
We reserve the right to derive a profit from our arrangements with certain approved suppliers, but we have not done so. We have derived revenue from required purchases by franchisees directly from us or our affiliates. There are no caps or limitations on the maximum amount of payments we may receive from our suppliers as the result of franchisee purchases. In our 2024 fiscal year, our total revenue was $387,255.00. Our revenue from the sale of products or services from franchisees for their purchase of branded marketing materials was $12,627.00, which represents approximately 3.3% of the total revenue of the last fiscal year.
Some of our officers own an equity interest in us (the franchisor) and our affiliates, and we may be an approved supplier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase certain items from Canine Dimensions or its affiliates. Specifically, franchisees must purchase branded materials like marketing materials, workbooks, car wraps, brochures, business cards, and uniforms from Canine Dimensions or its affiliates, as they are the only approved suppliers of logo-bearing materials. Additionally, franchisees must purchase client workbooks and the initial inventory package from Canine Dimensions or its affiliates.

The FDD estimates that purchases from Canine Dimensions or its approved suppliers will account for 10% to 50% of the total cost to establish the franchised business and 10% to 40% of the total cost of operating the franchised business. Canine Dimensions' revenue from the sale of products or services to franchisees for branded marketing materials was $12,627.00 in the 2024 fiscal year, representing approximately 3.3% of their total revenue of $387,255.00.
If a franchisee wants to use a different supplier, they must seek written approval from Canine Dimensions, who will review the request and respond within 60 days after testing the item or supplier. Canine Dimensions may derive a profit from arrangements with approved suppliers and has derived revenue from required purchases by franchisees directly from them or their affiliates. Some of Canine Dimensions' officers own equity interests in the franchisor and its affiliates, and Canine Dimensions may be an approved supplier.
