You may not relocate your Franchised Business without our consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Your new location must be within your Protected Territory, except that if you choose to move your home to a location outside of your Protected Territory, we may require you to obtain rented space within the Protected Territory from which to operate the Franchised Business. If you do relocate your Franchised Business, your territorial boundaries will not change.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you cannot relocate your franchised business without their consent, but such consent will not be unreasonably withheld. The new location must be within your Protected Territory.
However, there is an exception: if you move your home outside of your Protected Territory, Canine Dimensions may require you to obtain rented space within the Protected Territory from which to operate the Franchised Business.
If you do relocate your Franchised Business, your territorial boundaries will not change. This means that even if you move to a new location within your protected territory, the area in which you have exclusive rights to operate remains the same.
