What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after a franchisee opens their business, Canine Dimensions will make a representative reasonably available to speak with them by telephone during normal business hours. In addition to telephone access, Canine Dimensions will also provide guidance and assistance in the operation of the franchised business through email correspondence, field visits, and periodic written communications. These communications will cover topics such as products or services, pricing, administrative procedures, and operating problems.

This support structure is typical in franchising, where ongoing franchisor assistance is crucial for franchisee success. The availability of a representative by telephone during business hours offers a direct line for franchisees to address immediate concerns or questions. The additional support methods, such as email and field visits, provide a more comprehensive approach to problem-solving and business development.

Prospective Canine Dimensions franchisees should consider the scope and responsiveness of this support system. While a representative is available by telephone, the FDD does not specify the response time or the level of expertise the representative will possess. Franchisees should inquire about the typical response times for telephone and email inquiries and the qualifications of the support staff to ensure they align with their expectations and needs.
