Franchisee must obtain Franchisor's approval for all advertising and promotional materials before using them. All advertising and promotion by Franchisee in any manner or medium shall be conducted in a dignified manner and shall conform to such standards and requirements as are specified by Franchisor. Franchisee shall submit to Franchisor for its prior approval (except with respect to prices to be charged), samples of all advertising and promotional plans and materials that Franchisee desires to use that have not been prepared or approved by Franchisor within the immediately preceding twelve (12) months. If written disapproval is not received by Franchisee from Franchisor within twenty (20) days of the date of receipt by Franchisor of such samples or materials, Franchisor shall be deemed to have given the required approval. Franchisee shall display the Marks in the manner prescribed by Franchisor on all signs and all other advertising and promotional materials used in connection with the Franchised Business.
