Franchisor identifies the System by means of certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, and indicia of origin, including but not limited to the mark and logo "Canine Dimensions", and such other trade names, service marks, and trademarks as are now designated (and may later be designated by Franchisor in writing) for use in connection with the System (the "Marks").

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the primary mark and logo used to identify the Canine Dimensions system is the mark and logo "Canine Dimensions". The franchise agreement grants the franchisee the right and license to operate a Canine Dimensions franchise and to use the marks and the system solely in connection with it.
As a franchisee, it is important to understand that the right to use the Canine Dimensions marks is limited to authorized uses only. Unauthorized use of the marks will be considered infringement. Franchisees must operate and advertise the franchised business only under the name "Canine Dimensions" unless otherwise authorized or required by the franchisor. Franchisees must also identify themselves as the owner of the franchised business in conjunction with any use of the marks.
Upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must immediately cease to use the mark "Canine Dimensions" and all other marks associated with the system. They must also remove all internet listings, local citations, and social media associated with the system. This includes ceasing the use of all signs, advertising materials, displays, stationery, forms, and any other articles or clothing which display the marks. Franchisees must also take action to cancel any assumed name registration that contains the mark "Canine Dimensions".
