The Franchisor
To simplify the language in this Disclosure Document, "We," "us," and "our" means Canine Dimensions Franchising, LLC, the franchisor. "You" means the person who buys the franchise and includes your owners, if you are a sole proprietorship, corporation, partnership or limited liability company.
We are a limited liability company that was originally formed in New Jersey on October 24, 2007 and converted to a Florida limited liability company on December 21, 2022. We do business under our corporate name and as "Canine Dimensions." Our principal business address is 23208 Sanabria Loop, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135. We do not own or operate a business of the type being franchised. We have not offered franchises in any other business. We began offering franchises in January 2008.
Our agents for service of process are disclosed in Exhibit A.
Our Parents, Predecessors and Affiliates
We do not have any parent or predecessor.
We have an affiliate, Davidson & Michaels LLC ("Affiliate") that operates a business similar to the type offered in this Franchise Disclosure Document (a "Canine Dimensions Business"). Our Affiliate is a limited liability company that was originally formed in New Jersey on July 2, 2004 and converted to a Florida limited liability company on December 21, 2022. Its principal business address is 23208 Sanabria Loop, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135. Beginning on that date, our Affiliate has operated, and continues to operate, a Canine Dimensions Business like the type offered in this Franchise Disclosure Document. Affiliate owns the Marks and other intellectual property and licenses them to us. Affiliate has never offered franchises in any line of business.
