The factors underlying our estimates may vary depending on many variables, and the actual investment you make in developing and opening your Franchised Business may be greater or less than the estimates given depending upon the location of your franchise, and current relevant market conditions. Payments you make to us and our affiliates are not refundable under any circumstances. We do not know whether any of the money you pay to third parties will be refundable. In compiling this chart, we relied on the experience of our Affiliate as the owner and operator of a Canine Dimensions Business like the franchise being offered to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, payments made to Canine Dimensions and its affiliates are not refundable under any circumstances. However, the FDD states that Canine Dimensions does not know whether any of the money paid to third parties will be refundable.
This means that any fees paid directly to Canine Dimensions, such as the initial franchise fee of $45,000, the training and protected territory fee of $12,500, the inventory for resale fee of $5,000, the opening supply of marketing and training materials fee of $3,000, and advertising fees ranging from $3,000 to $4,500, are non-refundable. Prospective franchisees should consider this non-refundable policy carefully, as it represents a significant financial commitment.
For expenses paid to outside suppliers, such as travel and living expenses while attending training (estimated between $1,750 and $2,450), training equipment ($200 - $400), computer and office equipment ($800 to $1,500), memberships ($200 to $400), insurance ($1,000 to $2,000), and additional funds for the first three months ($1,000 to $3,000), the refundability will depend on the policies of those individual suppliers. It is important to clarify the refund policies of these third-party vendors before making any payments to them.
