What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, section 3.2 outlines the operational assistance the franchisor provides to franchisees. Canine Dimensions will provide a minimum of two days of on-site supervision and assistance within the first 24 months after the franchise opens, but only if Canine Dimensions determines, in its sole discretion, that such assistance is necessary.
The on-site support will be provided by a representative of Canine Dimensions, subject to personnel availability. The franchisee is responsible for paying Canine Dimensions' then-current daily rate for this additional assistance, as well as covering the travel, lodging, and living expenses for the Canine Dimensions personnel providing the support.
In addition to the potential on-site supervision, Canine Dimensions will also provide advisory assistance and materials related to the operation, promotion, and management of the franchised business, as deemed appropriate by the franchisor from time to time. This ongoing advisory support is a typical component of franchise agreements, helping franchisees adhere to brand standards and best practices.
