What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Canine Dimensions will operate an Internet website for the System. As part of their post-opening obligations to franchisees, Canine Dimensions will design and post a page on the website advertising the franchisee's specific franchised business. This is referenced in the Franchise Agreement, Section 11.1.4.

In addition to operating a website for the System, Canine Dimensions requires franchisees to participate in an internet marketing program, referred to as the "Internet Advertising Fund." Franchisees must contribute a minimum of $1,000 per month to this fund, and they are allowed to increase their contribution if they choose. Canine Dimensions has complete discretion over how the Internet Advertising Fund is used, including for website development and search engine optimization.

While Canine Dimensions will operate a website for the System and post a page advertising the franchisee's business, they do not guarantee that advertising expenditures from the Internet Advertising Fund will directly benefit any specific franchisee, or benefit them at all. Canine Dimensions also reserves the right to include a notation in any advertisement or website indicating "Franchises Available" or similar phrasing, meaning that the website may also be used to solicit new franchisees.
