Post-Opening Obligations. During the operation of your Franchised Business, we will:

    1. Make available to you additional training programs (Franchise Agreement –Section 6).
    1. Provide, at your expense, on-site operational assistance for a minimum of two days within 24 months of your opening if in our sole judgment additional on-site assistance is required. You must pay us our then-current training fee (currently $350 per day), plus our costs of transportation, lodging and meals for this assistance (Franchise Agreement – Section 3.2).
    1. Hold webinars and/or one annual conference at a location of our choosing. We will discuss sales techniques, new product developments, new training techniques, new service suggestions, performance standards, advertising and promotional programs. You must pay our reasonable annual conference fee, which is currently $595 for up to two of your representatives, and you must pay your travel and living expenses. Your attendance at these webinars and conferences is mandatory. (Franchise Agreement – Section 6.2)

After completion of the training session, training and assistance will limited to telephone assistance, email assistance and/or on-site assistance as we determine in our reasonable business judgment. If you request additional training on-site, or if we determine that you would benefit from additional on-site training, you must pay our then-current per diem rate per trainer, and reimburse our trainer's costs for providing the onsite training, including travel, lodging and meals. Currently, our per-diem daily trainer rate is $350 per trainer.
