Beginning on that date, our Affiliate has operated, and continues to operate, a Canine Dimensions Business like the type offered in this Franchise Disclosure Document. Affiliate owns the Marks and other intellectual property and licenses them to us. Affiliate has never offered franchises in any line of business.
