What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a minimum of $1,000 per month for internet advertising. This fee is due on the first day of each month. If the first day of the month is not a business day, the payment is due on the next business day.
The internet advertising funds are managed by Canine Dimensions and are used for an internet advertising program. While franchisees are required to pay at least $1,000 per month, they have the option to increase this amount if they choose.
These advertising fees are paid directly to Canine Dimensions. The funds collected are used for various purposes, including local, regional, or national internet marketing, advertising, sales promotion, promotional materials, public and consumer relations, website development, and search engine optimization. Canine Dimensions may also use the funds for the development of technology for the system and any other purpose to promote the Canine Dimensions marks. Canine Dimensions may also reimburse themselves or their affiliates for administrative costs and other expenses associated with the programs funded by the Internet Advertising Fund.
