What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum hours and days of operation for a Canine Dimensions franchise are not explicitly detailed within the provided excerpts. While the FDD outlines various aspects of franchise operation, such as compliance with laws, ethical business practices, and adherence to the Canine Dimensions system, it does not specify the minimum operational hours or days.
Item 4.8.1 states that the franchisee must operate in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. This suggests that franchisees must adhere to any local or state laws regarding business hours, but it does not impose a specific minimum standard set by Canine Dimensions itself. The franchisee is obligated to secure and maintain all required licenses, permits, and certificates, implying that operational hours could be influenced by these external requirements.
Given the absence of specific requirements in the provided FDD excerpts, prospective franchisees should directly inquire with Canine Dimensions about any mandatory minimum hours or days of operation. Understanding these requirements is crucial for assessing the feasibility and profitability of the franchise, as it directly impacts the franchisee's ability to generate revenue and manage their time effectively. This information would likely be found in the franchise agreement or operations manual, which are not included in the provided excerpts.
