We do not make our criteria for selecting approved suppliers available to our franchisees, nor do we make our specifications known to suppliers. We do not issue specifications and standards to franchisees or approved suppliers. Generally, supplier approval might depend on product quality, delivery frequency and reliability, service standards, financial capability, customer relations, concentration of purchases with limited suppliers to obtain better prices and service, and/or a supplier's willingness to pay us or our affiliates for the right to do business with our System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the criteria for selecting approved suppliers are not made available to franchisees. The FDD specifies that Canine Dimensions does not provide its criteria for selecting approved suppliers to franchisees, nor does it disclose its specifications to suppliers.
Supplier approval generally depends on factors such as product quality, delivery frequency and reliability, service standards, financial capability, customer relations, concentration of purchases, and a supplier's willingness to compensate Canine Dimensions or its affiliates for the right to do business with the Canine Dimensions system.
If a franchisee wishes to use a different supplier, they must notify Canine Dimensions and obtain written approval. Canine Dimensions will provide its specifications and standards for approval and will respond in writing within 60 days after testing the item or supplier. Canine Dimensions is not obligated to approve any request for a new supplier, product, or service, but it will not unreasonably withhold approval if the item, product, or service is not one that franchisees are required to purchase from existing suppliers. Canine Dimensions estimates that purchases from approved suppliers will be between 10% and 50% of the total cost to establish the Franchised Business and between 10% and 40% of the total cost of operating the Franchised Business.
