Canine_Dimensions Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We do not make our criteria for selecting approved suppliers available to our franchisees, nor do we make our specifications known to suppliers. We do not issue specifications and standards to franchisees or approved suppliers. Generally, supplier approval might depend on product quality, delivery frequency and reliability, service standards, financial capability, customer relations, concentration of purchases with limited suppliers to obtain better prices and service, and/or a supplier's willingness to pay us or our affiliates for the right to do business with our System.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Canine Dimensions does not issue specifications and standards to franchisees or approved suppliers. However, franchisees must operate their franchised business in compliance with the standards and specifications contained in the confidential manual. These standards and specifications are communicated in writing through the manual.
To maintain consistent quality and uniformity, franchisees must purchase all required inventory, goods, equipment, supplies, forms, products, services, and advertising materials from Canine Dimensions or its approved suppliers, adhering to their specifications and standards. Franchisees are only permitted to use specific inventory items approved by Canine Dimensions, and a list of approved suppliers is provided after the Franchise Agreement is executed. If a franchisee wants to use a non-approved supplier, they must notify Canine Dimensions and obtain written approval, with Canine Dimensions providing the specifications and standards for approval.
Canine Dimensions will review the request and respond in writing within 60 days after testing the item or supplier, but they are not obligated to approve any new supplier, product, or service. The franchisee will be required to pay for the costs of testing. Canine Dimensions reserves the right to re-inspect facilities and retest products of approved suppliers and can revoke approval if standards are not maintained.
While Canine Dimensions does not provide its criteria for selecting approved suppliers to franchisees, supplier approval generally depends on factors such as product quality, delivery reliability, service standards, financial capability, customer relations, and the supplier's willingness to pay Canine Dimensions for the right to do business with the system.
