What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee of $45,000 is due upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement. This fee grants the franchisee the license to operate under the Canine Dimensions brand.

This initial fee is considered fully earned and is non-refundable once paid to Canine Dimensions. However, there is a conditional exception: if the franchisee fails to complete the Initial Training Program to Canine Dimensions's satisfaction, Canine Dimensions may terminate the agreement and refund the initial franchise fee, after deducting reasonable expenses incurred by the franchisor.

In addition to the initial franchise fee, a training and Protected Territory fee of $12,500 is also due upon execution of the agreement. This fee covers the initial training program and the identification of the franchisee's protected territory.
