The Internet Advertising Fund is not audited. Upon sending us a written request that is at least 120 days after the end of the fiscal year for which you seek the accounting, we will provide to you an annual accounting for the Internet Advertising Fund that shows how the Internet Advertising Fund proceeds have been spent for the previous year. Advertising by You
You may only use advertising materials that have been approved by us. We have the right to review and approve or disapprove all advertising and promotional materials that you propose to use.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can request an annual accounting of the Internet Advertising Fund. This accounting will detail how the funds collected were spent in the previous year.
For the fiscal year 2024, Canine Dimensions collected $499,450 for the Internet Advertising Fund. A significant portion, 96%, was allocated to the placement of Internet advertising, while 4% covered administrative expenses.
It's important to note that the Internet Advertising Fund is not audited. To receive the annual accounting, a franchisee must submit a written request at least 120 days after the close of the fiscal year for which they are seeking information. This allows franchisees to understand how their contributions to the Internet Advertising Fund are being utilized to promote the Canine Dimensions brand.
