What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Acknowledgment Statement includes a section for franchisees to specify which parts of the Disclosure Document or any addendum they do not understand.
Specifically, question 7 asks: "Do you understand all of the information contained in the Disclosure Document and any state specific Addendum to the Disclosure Document?" If the franchisee answers "No" to this question, they are then directed to the following question: "If No, what parts of the Disclosure Document and/or Addendum do you not understand? (Attach additional pages, if necessary.)"
This provision allows prospective Canine Dimensions franchisees to document any areas of confusion or uncertainty they have after reviewing the FDD. By providing this space, Canine Dimensions ensures that franchisees have an opportunity to clarify any doubts before entering into the franchise agreement. This promotes transparency and helps to ensure that franchisees make informed decisions.
