What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Canine Dimensions determines that an audit is necessary, the franchisee must deliver all required records and documents to Canine Dimensions and fully cooperate with Canine Dimensions' representatives conducting the audit.

This means that as a Canine Dimensions franchisee, you are obligated to provide any and all financial records that Canine Dimensions requests if they decide to conduct an audit of your business. This includes, but is not limited to, business records, bookkeeping and accounting records, sales reports, financial statements, and tax returns.

It is important to note that Canine Dimensions has the right to inspect and audit these records at any time during normal business hours and without prior notice. Franchisees should maintain organized and accurate records to ensure compliance with this requirement. Failing to comply with an audit request could result in penalties or other consequences as outlined in the franchise agreement.
