Our Affiliate is a limited liability company that was originally formed in New Jersey on July 2, 2004 and converted to a Florida limited liability company on December 21, 2022. Its principal business address is 23208 Sanabria Loop, Bonita Springs, Florida 34135. Beginning on that date, our Affiliate has operated, and continues to operate, a Canine Dimensions Business like the type offered in this Franchise Disclosure Document. Affiliate owns the Marks and other intellectual property and licenses them to us. Affiliate has never offered franchises in any line of business.
