What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's protected territory boundaries will remain the same when renewing their franchise agreement. To renew, the franchisee must provide advance written notice, be in good standing, sign a new Franchise Agreement and release, pay a renewal fee, and meet Canine Dimensions' then-current requirements for franchisees.
While the boundaries of the protected territory remain the same, the new Franchise Agreement may contain materially different terms and conditions than the original contract. The renewal fees will not be greater than the fees that Canine Dimensions imposes on similarly situated renewing franchisees.
