What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted in conducting promotional activities through the internet. Specifically, franchisees cannot engage in promotional activities or sell products/services through the Internet, the World Wide Web, or similar electronic delivery systems. This also includes catalogs, email, mail order, telecopy, or other telephonic or electronic communications.

The FDD states that all advertising on electronic media must be done by Canine Dimensions through the Internet Advertising Fund only. This means that franchisees are required to rely on the franchisor's Internet Advertising Fund for any online promotional efforts.

Before using any advertising or promotional materials, a Canine Dimensions franchisee must obtain approval from the franchisor. Franchisees need to submit samples of their advertising and promotional plans to Canine Dimensions for approval, except for materials already prepared or approved by the franchisor within the last 12 months. If the franchisee doesn't receive written disapproval within 20 days of the franchisor receiving the materials, the approval is considered granted. This ensures that all advertising aligns with the standards set by Canine Dimensions.
