What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee Disclosure Acknowledgment Statement seeks to confirm that the franchisee is not relying on any unauthorized oral statements, representations, promises, or assurances made during negotiations for the purchase of the Canine Dimensions franchise. This is to ensure that the franchisee understands that the purchase of a franchise is a business decision with associated risks and that they are not basing their decision on any claims not authorized by Canine Dimensions.

This acknowledgment is a standard practice in franchising. It aims to protect Canine Dimensions from potential legal disputes arising from misunderstandings or misinterpretations of verbal communications during the franchise sales process. Franchisees are expected to rely solely on the information provided in the FDD and any other written agreements.

Prospective Canine Dimensions franchisees should carefully review the FDD and related documents and seek clarification on any points of concern before signing the Acknowledgment Statement. If a franchisee believes they have received unauthorized information, they should disclose it to Canine Dimensions in writing to ensure it is addressed and does not influence their decision inappropriately. This confirmation helps ensure both parties are aligned on the terms and expectations of the franchise agreement.
