Post-Opening Obligations. During the operation of your Franchised Business, we will:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, details regarding the Internet Advertising Fund can be found in Section 11.3 of the Franchise Agreement. Item 11 of the FDD provides a general overview of the Internet Advertising Fund, including its purpose, how it is administered, and how the funds may be used.
Specifically, Item 11 states that franchisees are required to participate in the Internet Advertising Fund, with a minimum contribution of $1,000 per month. Canine Dimensions has complete discretion over how the fund is used, including for local, regional, or national internet marketing, advertising, sales promotion, website development, and search engine optimization. The funds may also be used to reimburse Canine Dimensions or its affiliates for administrative costs and other expenses associated with the programs funded by the Internet Advertising Fund.
Item 11 also clarifies that Canine Dimensions does not guarantee that advertising expenditures from the Internet Advertising Fund will directly benefit any specific franchisee or geographic area. While the fund is not audited, franchisees can request an annual accounting of how the funds were spent, provided the request is made at least 120 days after the end of the fiscal year. Any unused funds from a calendar year will be applied to the following year's funds, and Canine Dimensions reserves the right to contribute or loan additional funds to the Internet Advertising Fund.
