Will Canine Dimensions design and post a page on the website advertising the Franchised Business?

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the post-opening obligations, Canine Dimensions will design and post a page on the website advertising the franchisee's franchised business.

In addition to designing and posting a webpage for the franchise, Canine Dimensions also conducts Internet advertising for franchisees who participate in the Internet Advertising Fund. The franchisee is required to participate in the Internet marketing program, which costs a minimum of $1,000 per month, but the franchisee is free to increase this amount.

Canine Dimensions has complete discretion on how the Internet Advertising Fund will be utilized and may use the fund for local, regional, or national Internet marketing, advertising, sales promotion and promotional materials, public and consumer relations, website development and search engine optimization, the development of technology for the System and any other purpose to promote the Marks. Canine Dimensions does not guarantee that advertising expenditures from the Internet Advertising Fund will benefit any franchisee directly, on a pro rata basis, or at all, and is not obligated to spend any amount on advertising in the geographical area where the franchisee is located.
