What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the criteria for suppliers to be approved by Canine Dimensions for supplying equipment and materials are not explicitly detailed in the provided excerpts.
However, the FDD does state that the insurance policies franchisees obtain must be written by an insurance company satisfactory to Canine Dimensions, in accordance with standards and specifications set forth in the manual or otherwise in writing. This suggests that Canine Dimensions has some level of control over the selection of insurance providers used by franchisees, implying that suppliers, in general, must meet certain standards to be deemed acceptable.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the specific criteria suppliers must meet to gain approval from Canine Dimensions, a prospective franchisee should directly inquire with the franchisor about their supplier approval process. This inquiry should cover the types of equipment and materials that require approved suppliers, the specific qualifications or certifications suppliers must possess, and the process for a new supplier to become approved.
