What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Canine Dimensions Franchise Disclosure Document, the criteria for supplier approval are not explicitly detailed within the provided excerpts. The FDD excerpts focus on various aspects of the franchise agreement, including termination procedures, franchisee obligations, use of trademarks, insurance requirements, and training.

While the excerpts do not specify the exact criteria Canine Dimensions uses to approve suppliers, they do mention that franchisees must maintain insurance policies from companies "satisfactory to Franchisor in accordance with standards and specifications set forth in the Manual or otherwise in writing." This suggests that Canine Dimensions has some level of control over the suppliers franchisees use, at least for insurance. The FDD also states that Canine Dimensions reserves the right to approve all signs, memos, stationery, business cards, advertising material, forms and all other objects and supplies using the Marks.

To fully understand the supplier approval process, a prospective Canine Dimensions franchisee should ask the franchisor for a comprehensive list of approved suppliers and the specific criteria these suppliers must meet. This information is crucial for budgeting and ensuring compliance with Canine Dimensions's standards.
