What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their owners must comply with Anti-Terrorism Laws and assist Canine Dimensions in its compliance efforts. Franchisees and their owners certify, represent, and warrant that none of their property or interests are subject to being blocked under Anti-Terrorism Laws and that they are not in violation of any Anti-Terrorism Laws. The Anti-Terrorism Laws include Executive Order 13224, the USA PATRIOT Act, and all other present and future federal, state, and local laws related to terrorist acts and acts of war.

This requirement means that a prospective Canine Dimensions franchisee must ensure that they and their owners are fully compliant with all applicable anti-terrorism legislation. This includes understanding and adhering to the regulations outlined in the Executive Order 13224 and the USA PATRIOT Act, as well as any other relevant laws at the federal, state, and local levels.

Any violation of these laws or the blocking of assets under these laws constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the Franchise Agreement. This places a significant responsibility on the franchisee to maintain compliance throughout the term of the agreement. Canine Dimensions emphasizes the importance of franchisees understanding and adhering to these laws to avoid potential legal and financial repercussions, including the loss of their franchise.
