Besides the Canine Dimensions® mark, how will additional Marks be designated for use with the Canine Dimensions System?

We have developed a distinctive system which includes specific materials and supplies; methods, uniform standards, specifications and procedures for operations; procedures for management control; training and assistance; and merchandising, advertising and promotional programs, all of which may be changed, improved and further developed (the "System"). The System is identified by certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems and indicia of origin, including the mark Canine Dimensions® , as is now designated and together with such other Marks as may in the future be designated by us in writing for use with the System (the "Marks").

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Canine Dimensions Franchise Disclosure Document, the Canine Dimensions system is identified by certain trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin, including the Canine Dimensions® mark. Additional marks may be designated in writing by Canine Dimensions for use with the system in the future.
As a franchisee, you are only permitted to use the marks designated by Canine Dimensions and only in the manner they authorize and permit. This use is restricted to the operation and advertising of the franchised business. Canine Dimensions retains the right to approve all materials using the marks, including signs, memos, stationery, business cards, advertising, and forms.
Unless otherwise authorized, franchisees must operate and advertise solely under the name "Canine Dimensions" without any prefix or suffix. During the term of the agreement, franchisees must identify themselves as the owner of the franchised business in conjunction with any use of the marks, including on invoices, order forms, receipts, and contracts. Franchisees must also include a disclaimer on documents used with customers and associates stating that each Canine Dimensions business is independently owned and operated.
