What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at webinars and the annual conference is mandatory. Specifically, Canine Dimensions may hold webinars and/or one annual conference at a location of their choosing to discuss various topics including sales techniques, new product developments, and advertising programs.

As a Canine Dimensions franchisee, you are required to attend these webinars and conferences. You must also pay a reasonable annual conference fee, which is currently $595 for up to two representatives. Additionally, you are responsible for covering your own travel and living expenses associated with attending the annual conference.

This mandatory attendance policy means that franchisees must budget not only for the conference fee but also for travel and accommodation costs. Failing to attend could potentially result in a breach of the franchise agreement, so franchisees need to factor these commitments into their business planning.
