Except as listed below, Canine Dimensions Franchising, LLC is not required to provide you with any assistance. Pre-Opening Obligations. Before you open your Franchised Business, we will:

- Designate your Protected Territory, which will be described in Schedule A to the Franchise Agreement. (Franchise Agreement – Section 1.3).

- Loan you one copy of our Manual to use during the term of the Franchise Agreement. We describe the Manual later in this Item. (Franchise Agreement – Section 3.4).

- Advise you with respect to the required equipment and inventory for your Franchised Business and provide you with a list of authorized suppliers for any equipment or inventory not provided by us. You are required to order from us and pay for an initial inventory of authorized products at our then-current prices prior to commencing operating your Franchised Business, and we will send you the initial inventory upon receipt of payment. Other than selling you the mandatory initial inventory of authorized products, we do not provide any other assistance with respect to equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, or supplies. Site Selection and Time to Open.
We anticipate that you will operate your Franchised Business from your home, which will be designated as the "Approved Location" for the Franchised Business. We must approve of the location for your Franchised Business and we will typically enter your home's location on the Franchise Agreement as the "Approved Location" at the time of signing.
You will typically open your Franchised Business within 30 to 60 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement. The factors that affect this time are the ability to complete training, establish your home-based office, obtaining any required business licenses or permits, and obtaining insurance.
