What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Section 4.3 of the Franchise Agreement pertains to pre-opening obligations, specifically addressing the required equipment and inventory. It states that franchisees must order and pay for an initial inventory of authorized products from Canine Dimensions at the then-current prices before commencing operations.

This section also clarifies that, beyond the mandatory initial inventory, Canine Dimensions does not provide any other assistance regarding equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, or supplies. This means the franchisee is responsible for sourcing and financing these additional items independently.

For a prospective Canine Dimensions franchisee, this implies that while the initial inventory is provided by the franchisor, all other pre-opening purchases and leases are the franchisee's responsibility. Understanding the costs associated with these additional requirements is crucial for budgeting and financial planning before starting the franchise.
