What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees and their owners must comply with all Anti-Terrorism Laws. These laws include Executive Order 13224 issued by the President of the United States and the USA PATRIOT Act. Additionally, franchisees must adhere to all other present and future federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, lists, and other requirements from any governmental authority that address or relate to terrorist acts and acts of war.
Canine Dimensions requires that franchisees and their owners certify, represent, and warrant that none of their property or interests are subject to being blocked under these Anti-Terrorism Laws and that they are not in violation of any of these laws. Compliance with these laws is critical, as any violation or blocking of assets under these laws constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the Franchise Agreement.
This requirement underscores the importance Canine Dimensions places on legal and ethical compliance. Prospective franchisees should understand the breadth of Anti-Terrorism Laws and ensure they and their owners are in full compliance to avoid potential legal issues and franchise termination. Franchisees should stay informed about any updates or changes to these laws to maintain compliance throughout the term of their agreement.
