What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a monthly advertising fee of $1,000. This fee is due on the first day of each month, as detailed in Section 5.5 of the agreement. If the first day of the month falls on a non-business day, the payment is due on the next business day.
The advertising fees collected are allocated to an Internet Advertising program managed by Canine Dimensions. This fund is intended to support the standardization of advertising programs, enhance the brand's public image, and promote the overall goodwill of the Canine Dimensions system.
While Canine Dimensions aims to use the Internet Advertising Fund to develop materials and programs that benefit all franchisees, there is no guarantee that the expenditures in any specific geographic area will be proportionate to the contributions from businesses operating in that area. Additionally, Canine Dimensions retains the right to modify or terminate the Internet Advertising Fund, and in the event of termination, any unspent funds will be distributed to franchisees who contributed during the preceding twelve-month period.
