3.4 Manual
Franchisor will provide Franchisee, on loan, one copy of the Canine Dimensions Operations Manual (the "Manual"), as more fully described in Section 8.
3.5 Inspections
Franchisor will conduct, as it deems advisable, inspections of the Franchise, and evaluations of the services rendered and the products sold in connection with it.
4. DUTIES OF FRANCHISEE
Franchisee understands and acknowledges the importance of maintaining uniform operating standards, to increase the demand for the products and services sold by all franchisees, and to protect Franchisor's goodwill.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Canine Dimensions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Canine Dimensions will provide franchisees with one copy of the Canine Dimensions Operations Manual on loan. The manual is more fully described in Section 8 of the FDD.
Franchisees are required to adhere to uniform operating standards to increase demand for products and services sold by all franchisees and to protect Canine Dimensions' goodwill.
Item 7.2.2 of the FDD states that all advertising, publicity, point of sale materials, signs, decorations, furnishings, equipment, or other materials employing the words "Canine Dimensions" shall be in accordance with the Franchise Agreement and the Manual. Franchisees must obtain approval from Canine Dimensions before using these materials.
