- 15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. CRS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". MARGARITAVILLE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO REPRESENTATION OR OTHER AFFIRMATION OF FACT SHALL BE DEEMED A WARRANTY FOR ANY PURPOSE OR GIVE RISE TO ANY LIABILITY OF MARGARITAVILLE WHATSOEVER. THE PARTIES AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PROVISION IS MATERIAL TO THE AGREEMENT AND IS A SIGNIFICANT CONSIDERATION IN MARGARITAVILLE'S WILLINGNESS TO ENTER INTO THESE CRS TERMS OF USE.
